T-Head (ECS)The T-head can accommodate ECS. Edge Contour System (ECS) is a system with top brushes. It is the ideal solution for deburring. Steelmaster was the first to bring this technology onto the market and has perfected this system over the years. The top brushes can remove the secondary burrs created by the abrasive belt. The ECS follows every contour of a part resulting in a very constant quality. ECS attacks the edges and sides of the parts depending on how deep the brushes are set. The brushes are rotating and oscillating in a cassette, which is easily exchangeable. This allows a user to change the type of brush in a matter of minutes.
